The mystery man, who has been snapped with the actress, has been referred to as Jimmy, a Venezuelan. But his real name is James Sylvester, Jimmy being his nickname.
After much coaxing, Neha only admits, "Yes, I am in good company. I have never been comfortable talking about my personal life, that's why I prefer a no comments stance."
No hurry
At the moment, however, the actress is enjoying her relationship with Jimmy and is in no mood to take it to the next level just yet.
"I am married to my work at the moment. So there are no wedding bells on the cards."

The two were first spotted together at Shilpa Shetty's birthday bash in June. Later that month, he accompanied her to a film awards event in Toronto.
Last weekend, the two flew down to Dubai for the special screening of the same film awards.
Neha was earlier dating squash champ Ritwik Bhattacharya. They called it quits early 2010 after several years of dating.
Though Ritwik and she were seen at film premieres and events, Neha never spoke about their relationship.
In April 2010, when she attended Sania Mirza's wedding reception alone, it was a clear signal that they had decided to go their separate ways.
